Yuko Ebina, born 1970 in Iwate, graduated in 1995 from the Department of Painting at Tama Art University. She was awarded a prize at the 27th Kanagawa Prefecture Art Exhibition in 1991, and received the 13th Holbein Scholarship in 1999. She was a trainee at Pola Museum of Art in 2004-05, and spent the following year in Amsterdam while being deployed from the Japanese Agency of Cultural Affairs.

Since 1995, Ebina has exhibited at numerous solo and group exhibitions in Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Slovakia. Her works are being held in public collections in Japan, South Korea, Lithuania, Slovakia, and the Netherlands.
