Born 1959 in Osaka.
Completed the printmaking course at the Saga College of Arts in 1983. She made spectacular debut in 1984 with her first solo exhibition at Ban Gallery in Osaka. She uses the unique “laminate technique” to create her etchings, using familiar objects such as hats, teacups and wine bottles as motifs.
