Georges BRAQUE

He was a French painter born in 1882 and is known for creating “Cubisme” with Pablo Picasso. He studied painting at the private panting school Académie Humbert, and met Francis Picabia and Marie Laurencin at this time. He won the grand prize of Venice Biennale in 1948. In 1963, he passed away at the age of 81 in Paris.
