About Our Gallery

Gallery "Toki no Wasuremono" (Forgotten with Time) was established in 1995
in Aoyama, Tokyo as an art gallery and editorial office.
We opened with the exhibition "A Selection from the Print Works in Black & White",
and we continue to show paintings and print works of excellent modern artists.
Our vision is to find artists that were forgotten with time and appreciate them.
The name of our gallery comes from that.

We also publish the original print works of artists, especially the works by architects
such as Arata Isozaki and Tadao Ando, whose work characterize our gallery.

In recent years, we’ve held many photo exhibitions of such photographers as Eikoh Hosoe,
Andre Kertesz, Jock Sturges and others.

In addition, we edit and publish illustrated books, such as "Hanga Syosi" including
the original print works.

Please feel free to visit us when you are in Tokyo.
And please do not
hesitate to ask about our collection.
