Hideo NAKAJIMA

Born 1947 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Nakajima graduated in 1967 from the Tokyo Photography College (now Tokyo Polytechnic University). After working for some time for the Eikoh Hosoe, Nakajima finally embarked on his own career as a photographer in 1977.

In 1986, Nakajima participated in “Zone VI Workshop” in Vermont (USA). In 1995, he founded the Photographic Society of Zone System.
